My favorite sandwich in the entire world – the California Dreamin’ from Bat 17

Hi everyone! How’s your week going? Are you already planning out your Thanksgiving menus, too? If you need any ideas, may I suggest pumpkin pie? Or the best broccoli casserole ever? Or some homemade dinner rolls? Or pancetta mac n’ cheese perhaps? OK I’ll stop. I’m just so excited! My mom and I have finalized our menu and I’ll be putting together a shopping list this week. I’ll make sure to share with you what I’m planning on making in next week’s round-up. On to Foodie Favorites!

I’m a total sucker for all things adorably British, so I got super excited when I saw this recipe for sticky toffee pudding. I don’t think I’ve ever had a proper (see what I did there?) sticky toffee pudding, and this recipe looks incredible. Making this ASAP!

This pumpkin pie biscotti is adorable, and looks like the perfect lightly sweet afternoon snack! Gotta get all the pumpkin in while it’s socially acceptable, people.

This miso carbonara with mini sausage meatballs looks so warm and comforting. Can someone make me a bowl of this for dinner tonight, please? I mean, it’s polar vortex-ing in November. Times like these call for carbonara.

I know I already have a streusel-topped pumpkin pie recipe on my site (and I absolutely love it) but I can never have enough pumpkin pie…and this version looks pretty freaking awesome as well. I guess I’ll have to try this one too to taste test! Rough life.

These sweet and savory sweet potato waffles look like the absolute best Thanksgiving breakfast ever. You know, if you’re into that sort of thing. (I’m into that sort of thing.)

This kale and shiitake mushroom stuffing is a total show-stopper and would be an awesome option if you have some vegetarians joining you at Thanksgiving! YUM.

Hope you enjoyed this week’s Foodie Favorites! Can’t wait to talk more Turkey Day next week 🙂 Have a wonderful week!
