Holy smokes – 2015 is almost over! I can’t believe it’s time for my annual “best of the year” post. 2015 has been a crazy year – we moved across the country, I started a new job, many wedding to-do’s were completed, and, of course, we ate lots and lots of food. Here are the posts you loved most in 2015!

Guys, it’s here!!! The most wonderful time of the year!
I’m sure it comes as no surprise that I go all out for the holidays, at least food-wise. For us bakers, it’s pure heaven – so many opportunities to whip up sweet treats for our favorite people in the entire world! Between the endless piles of butter and sugar, Christmas carols, twinkly lights, and cozy nights (yes, even in California) it’s basically impossible not to feel warm and fuzzy in December. I LOVE it!
Can I go back to last Thursday and eat this all over again, please?
Hey everyone! I missed you last week. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and absolutely ate your faces off. I know we certainly did! We feasted on pretzel bread stuffing, cheesy broccoli casserole, incredible bacon-roasted sweet potatoes, the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever had, and so much more. It was an incredible Thanksgiving! Now, of course, I’m already in full-blown Christmas baking/nesting mode. I waste no time when preparing for my favorite holiday!! Here are this week’s Foodie Favorites.
Just a small portion of the epic batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (Brad’s mom’s recipe!) that I baked up on the 4th of July
Hey guys! How was your 4th of July? I spent the day cooking, loungin’ by the pool, and of course watching fireworks! Dinner consisted of panzanella salad, our favorite brown sugar garlic flank steak, and, of course, way too many of the above cookies. Such good eating!
